Historically, Tipis were made of animal skin and wooden poles, normally inhabited by the Native American Indian populations of North America. However, though our tipis are not made of animal skin, they are made of natural cotton! Here is a photo from a few months back of our volunteers in their own interpretation of the Native American way of life, after just finishing putting up one of our small 5.5 metre Tipis (by now, it has been completely glamped!).
