This weekend at Tipi Algarve our focus is on juicing & detoxing

For a succesfull vegetable broth, the key to success is fresh and organic ingredients, direct from our garden. Begin with a water base, add all sorts of vegetables you can find  and especially a lot of tasty herbs.

With juice detox, nutrients are supplied in a concentrated, raw, and unprocessed form that is easy to consume and digest, making juice and ideal companion to fasting and rejuvinating. Excellent for cleansing the mind, body and spirit. The added bonus of losing a few pounds, ready for Bikini Season!

Here's a sneak peak of our daily three day schedule :

7:30am Hot water with lemon, mint and ginger.
8:00 Yoga
9:00 Fruit juice
13:00 Green juice
16:00 Fruit juice
17:00 Yoga
19:00 Evening veggie broth
20:00 Meditation
